นักศึกษาฝึกงาน ตำแหน่ง Business Analyst (BA) & QA Intern - บริษัท อนันดา ดีเวลลอปเม้นท์ จำกัด (มหาชน)

• รวบรวมและวิเคราะห์ความต้องการทางธุรกิจ (Business Requirements) จากผู้ใช้งานและผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• จัดทำเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น Business Requirement Document (BRD), Functional Requirement Document (FRD), User Story และ Process Flow
• ศึกษาและวิเคราะห์กระบวนการทำงาน (Business Process) เพื่อเสนอแนวทางในการพัฒนาและปรับปรุงระบบ
• ประสานงานกับทีมพัฒนา (Developer), ผู้ใช้งาน และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อให้เข้าใจความต้องการตรงกัน
• จัดทำบันทึกการประชุม (Meeting Minutes) และติดตามความคืบหน้าของงาน

• จัดทำ Test Case และ Test Scenario สำหรับการทดสอบระบบ
• ทดสอบระบบในด้าน Functional Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) และ Regression Testing
• บันทึก ติดตาม และตรวจสอบข้อผิดพลาด (Bug) ที่พบจากการทดสอบ
• ประสานงานกับทีมพัฒนาเพื่อตรวจสอบและยืนยันการแก้ไขปัญหา
• ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของระบบก่อนนำไปใช้งานจริง (Production)
