Job Description:
•VIP Booking Specialist will be the centralized person who handle all the VIP Bookings, which will be directed order from CEO and family. VIP Booking Specialist will also work closely with Head of Sales consultant in order to develop and deliver the short and long-term sales strategic plan for hospitality business to ensure alignment with strategic goals and targets as well as attainment of company goals and profitability.
•To execute all VIP bookings, follow VIP reservation process and to ensure that related services have been appropriately provided for VIP to create best impression and maintain good relationship
•To ensure hotel provide best services to VIP completely according to the requirement .
•To keep appropriate record of VIP reservations and requirements, appropriately share the information with hotel prior to VIP guest arrival to be ensure and enhance guest satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Male or Female
- Graduate Bachelor Degree in any field
- 2 years experience in customer support in traveling, tourism, and hotel business
- Strong communication, service mind and interpersonal skills
- English skills: Speaking, Listening, and communicating.
