Working day : 6 Day / Week Shift 9:00 - 18:00 , 13:00 -22:00
• Reception & Guest Services: Greet and assist tenants, clients, visitors, and contractors with professionalism and warmth, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Issue Resolution & Service Coordination: Receive service requests or complaints, coordinate with relevant departments (e.g., engineering, housekeeping, security), and ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
• Visitor & Access Management: Manage visitor registration, issue access passes, and ensure proper procedures for building entry in line with safety protocols.
• Communication Hub: Serve as a key liaison between tenants and the property management team; relay updates, announcements, or urgent notices as required.
• Administrative Support: Assist with basic clerical tasks such as maintaining visitor logs, updating contact lists, handling incoming calls, managing meeting room reservations, and preparing daily service reports.
• Crisis Communication Support: Act as a communication point in the event of emergencies, helping to provide direction and coordination support.
• Service Excellence: Uphold AWC’s service standards by ensuring a clean, welcoming, and organized reception area always.
