หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

Engineering Services team lead to involves control and operate of Mechanical & Electrical, Civil & Sanitary to ensure the best service operation.
Set up the schedule in maintenance systems.
Manage and monitoring the License Renewal and relevant engineering permission document preparation in compliance with the law.
Preparing status reports by monthly for gathering, analyzing and summarizing relevant information, tracks and works with others to resolve issues as well as risk to identify alternatives and solutions.
Plan and Control annual budget.
Work closely and join as a working group for yearly building inspectors.
Performs other duties as assigned.

คุณสมบัติ

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, with at least 5 years (Community Mall, Shopping Mall, Building)
Exp. with Terms of Reference (TOR) for Building Engineering Management, Operation, and Maintenance of Building Systems
Previous experience working in the shopping mall, building or real estate industry would be advantage.
Proficiency in computer skills, MS Office, mainly Excel with report writing skills
Able to work on Saturday (5.5 days/week)
