• Drive sales to meet company targets and growth for the OEM product group.
• Serve as a central point of contact and coordination between customers and various departments within the company, providing services such as sales, quotations, new product development, etc.
• Plan and define sales and marketing strategies, both domestically and internationally, to achieve set goals.
• Seek out new potential clients who could commission the company to manufacture their products.
• Analyze and evaluate various situations that affect sales and marketing, such as changes in exchange rates and changes in tax rates, in order to develop contingency plans.
• Regularly monitor and analyze sales and marketing results from clients on a monthly basis.
• Plan the introduction of existing products or the development of new products to meet customer needs.
• Coordinate with various departments within the company and with customers, from receiving customer requirements, pricing, coordinating product manufacturing, and delivering products to customers.
• Conduct market/product research to disseminate information to all relevant departments and coordinate product formula development.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Science, or other related fields.
• At least 5 years of experience in business development, both domestically and internationally.
• Possesses strong leadership skills.
• Has excellent negotiation skills.
• Has good interpersonal skills and a passion for service.
• Is able to communicate effectively with others.
• Is proficient in listening, speaking, reading, and writing English.
• Has knowledge/understanding of supply chain systems.
• Has an understanding of business aspects, including pricing strategies and sales targets.
