• Coordinate and manage end-to-end import and export shipment operations, including space booking, document preparation, shipment tracking, and final delivery to destination.
• Communicate and coordinate with domestic and international clients, shipping lines, airlines, trucking companies, and overseas agents to ensure smooth and timely transportation.
• Prepare quotations for customers based on provided requirements, follow up on quotation results, and coordinate to answer inquiries or make adjustments according to customer needs.
• Serve as the main contact person for clients—maintaining customer satisfaction, responding to inquiries, updating shipment status, and resolving any transport-related issues.
• Verify and prepare all transport-related documents such as Bill of Lading / Air Waybill, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Import License, and other documents required by customers or international regulations.
• Coordinate with the customs department, customs brokers, and relevant authorities to ensure accurate and efficient customs clearance procedures.
• Collaborate with warehouse, logistics, internal departments, as well as finance and sales teams to support smooth and effective operations.
• Collect and organize shipping and customs clearance documents systematically for easy verification and future reference.
• Monitor service performance and gather customer feedback, reporting to supervisors for continuous service improvement.
• Prepare shipment status reports and other operational reports as requested by customers or management.
• Support the sales team in maintaining corporate customer relationships, expanding the client base, and developing long-term customer partnerships.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the employer.
