Supplier Quality Engineer - บริษัท นิเด็ค อีเล็คโทรนิคส์ (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด

1. Responsibility supplier’s products quality which support to manufacturing process,address the quality issue and return any information to supplier.

2. Responsibility to monitor Yield, Productivity of supplier's and improvement by SPC,MSA,QCC,QC tool

3. Define root cause and Action with defective analysis by Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA).

4. To follow up supplier's corrective and preventive action for both production line and customer claim.

5. To ensure CAR (Corrective Action Report ) and follow up CAR in supplier process line.

6. Responsibility to quality supplier's and ensure supplier's process by Statistics Process Control (SPC).

7. Qualify new process or model to comply customer’s requirement.

8. Support SQE-Nidec Japan to qualify component of new product or new supplier

9. Follow up CIS(Component Inspection Specification) from NCJ to communicate with Supplier/Factory

10. Follow up SPQP ( Supplier Parts Qualification Plan ) each component support

11. Audit Process and System for new supplier qualify supplier according NCJ request

12 Conclusion audit result and submit to NCJ-SQE

13. Support quality issue of component during sample state
