Responsibilities
1. Designs, orders the Tool / Equipment used Production Line.
2. Inspects incoming part of the Equipment / Tools before assembly.
3. Controls assembly the Equipment / Tools. Certifies the Equipment / Tools before release into the Line.
4. Be responsible for AUTOMATIONS in all production area. Takes corrective action when found any failures at equipment's / tooling.
5. Delicates & Supervises subordinates to perform their function.
6. Keeps controlling the attendance of Factory at 99%.
7. Knows your customer's expectations and drives actions to meet them.
8. Performs related work as required. Follows CSR/EICC, ISO 22301, Quality, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety and Energy Management policy. Follow and lead employees to achieve company target.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics and Mechanical Engineering,
2. Minimum 1-5 years of experience as a Production Engineer or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment
3. Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles
4. Proficient in data analysis and the use of process improvement tools and techniques
5. Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
6. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
7. Adaptable and proactive in addressing challenges and driving continuous improvement
8.Automation System, PLC Program, LabView Program, Auto Vision system
