Responsibilities
1.ควบคุม ดูแล และปรับปรุงกระบวนการผลิตให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานคุณภาพ (Quality),ความปลอดภัย (Safety) และประสิทธิภาพ (Efficiency) ของบริษัท
2.วิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นในกระบวนการผลิต เพื่อให้สามารถผลิตสินค้าได้ตามแผนที่กำหนด
3.ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น ฝ่ายซ่อมบำรุง ฝ่ายควบคุมคุณภาพ ฝ่ายคลังสินค้า เพื่อให้การผลิตดำเนินไปอย่างราบรื่น
4.เก็บรวบรวมและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลการผลิต เพื่อเสนอแนวทางในการลดของเสียและเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการทำงาน
5.สนับสนุนการนำระบอัตโนมัติ (Automation) หรือเทคโนโลยีใหม่ๆมาใช้ในสายการผลิต
6.ปฎิบัติงานอื่นๆตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากหัวหน้างาน
Qualifications
- สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาวิศวกรรมศาสตร์, ทุกสาขา (เช่น เคมี อาหาร หรือสาขาอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์ทำงาน 0-5 ปี
- มีทักษะการคิดเชิงวิเคราะห์ แก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้า และเรียนรู้สิ่งใหม่ได้อย่างรวดเร็ว
- มีความสามารถทำงานเป็นทีม มีความรับผิดชอบ และระเอียดรอบคอบ
- มีความรู้เบื้องต้นเกี่ยวกับกระบวนการผลิต ระบบคุณภาพ เช่น ISO 9001 ,GMP,HACCP จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีความรับผิดชอบสูง, สามารถปฏิบัติงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้ดี
- สามารถทำงานเป็นกะได้(ถ้ามีความจำเป็นในสายการผลิต)
- มีมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ดี
- สามารถปฏิบัติงานได้ที่โรงงานจังหวัดนครปฐม
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ได้ดี (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Etc.)
