Responsibilities

As the Marketing Executive for a cluster, you will support the implementation of marketing campaigns and activations that drive consumer demand for your cluster, in order to achieve business targets.

You will work as part of a Go-to-Market team alongside performance marketing, social media, PR, membership and loyalty, corporate, schools and groups and be supported regionally by SEO/GEO, Consumer Proposition and Indirect Sales.  

Global Marketing will become the CoE team, providing strategic direction, specialist expertise and best practice frameworks to support the Go to Market teams and enhance execution within the region and clusters.   

You will work closely with other specialist teams within the Growth function, including Global Brand and Global Insights and Strategy; and outside of the function, including Finance, People and Merlin Magic Making (the innovation arm of Merlin).   

The key to success will be working together as a high performing and collaborative team within this matrix to deliver the primary revenue for your cluster and contribute to your region’s annual targets.  

This role requires a “can-do” attitude, an eye for detail, great communication skills (both verbal and written) and a blend of creative and analytical ability.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Campaign Execution: Support the marketing team with the execution of marketing campaigns. Coordinate with other cluster operational teams to ensure campaigns are implemented to a high standard, on time and on budget. Support in the creation of marketing collateral and assets.

Brand Management: Work closely with the Brand team to ensure consistent brand messaging (IP approved where relevant) and identity across all marketing activity.

Customer Insights & Analytics: Ensuring a good understanding of customer behaviour, market trends, and the competitive landscape.

Content - Ensure alignment with marketing activity.
PR, Social and Influencer  - Aligned PR, Social and Influencer plans that deliver against cluster volume and revenue targets  
External agency partners - Support activation plans for your attraction/s to deliver against marketing objectives

Qualifications

• 1+ years of marketing experience and/or relevant degree level qualification in a Marketing/Business/Communication related subject
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and good attention to detail in English and Thai
• Work well with other team members and collaborate.
• Ability to manage workload and deliver to agreed deadlines.
• Good analytical abilities
• A passion for the entertainment, leisure and tourism industry
