2. ตรวจสอบเอกสารการจ่ายเงินก่อนจัดทำเช็คจ่ายในกรณีต่าง ๆ

3. รับวางบิล พร้อมกับตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของเอกสารการวางบิลให้ครบถ้วนตามหลักการบัญชีและกฎระเบียบของบริษัท

4. จัดทำรายงานเจ้าหนี้คงค้าง และสรุปรายจ่ายประจำรอบการชำระเงิน

5. งานทะเบียนทรัพย์สินและค่าเสื่อมราคา

6. กระทบยอดจัดทำรายละเอียดประกอบงบการเงิน

7. มีความรู้เรื่องภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่าย เช่น ภ.ง.ด.3 , ภ.ง.ด.53 , ภ.ง.ด.54 , ภพ.30 , ภพ.36

8. ปรับปรุงรายการทางบัญชี ค่าใช้จ่ายค้างจ่าย , ค่าใช้จ่ายจ่ายล่วงหน้า , เงินทดรองจ่าย และรายการอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง

9. ประสานงานกับฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น ฝ่ายขาย ฝ่ายจัดซื้อ บุคคลหรือหน่วยงานภายนอก

10. เตรียมข้อมูลและสนับสนุนผู้ตรวจสอบบัญชี (Auditor) ในการตรวจสอบงบการเงินประจำปี

11. ตรวจสอบบัญชีแยกประเภททุกบัญชีที่เกี่ยวข้อง , กระทบยอดจัดทำรายละเอียดประกอบงบการเงิน

12. งานอื่น ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชาและผู้บริหาร

The headquarter located on 42, 1th floor, ICP Building, Surawong Road , Si Phraya, Bang Rak, Bangkok 10500. I C P Fertilizer Co.,Ltd have 2 internationally recognized chemical fertilizer factories. The first factory is located on the over 240,000 square meters in Nakhon Luang District, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province by Pa Sak River with 4 modern ports that can transfer more than 3,500 Metric Tons per day and facilitate for transportation by land and sea. The second factory is located in Sriracha, Chonburi near Laem Chaban Port. In addition, we have developed a modern computerized production control system. We have a highly-standard storage to prevent the dispersion of few dust particles for environmentally and community friendly, a system to check the quality of our products (QC: Quality Control). We also prepared a laboratory in our company group for the nutrient analysis of each chemical fertilizer formula that has been certified by the Department Of Agriculture is the first in Thailand to be accurate in accordance with the formula prescribed by the Department Of Agriculture. We provided a standardized storage and distribution system with a pre-sling system for distribute our products to customers with high accuracy, convenience, expeditious and the sacks are very clean before they are delivered to the partner’s shops and farmers. Our products are different from many other products, for example ICP’s ready-mixed fertilizer does not contain any sandy soil. In addition, we also screen the fertilizer granules before mixing to make it the same size so that there are no stratification during transportation before reaching you, which our products consist of imported Straight fertilizer, Bulk Blend fertilizer and High concentrated Bulk Blend fertilizer.
