Responsibilities

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in ERP systems (e.g., Oracle ERP, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics).
Experience with Oracle ERP or Oracle Database is highly preferred.
Solid understanding of business processes in areas such as Account, finance, Purchasing, manufacturing, or operations.
Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
Proficiency in English.
Possesses knowledge and hands-on experience in Oracle Application support.
Hands-on experience with Oracle tools, including Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, and Oracle Discoverer.
Ability to provide guidance and troubleshooting support for Oracle Applications, including AP, AR, FA, GL, CM, Order Management, Cost Management, Inventory, and QA modules.
Ability to use and develop reports using Oracle Discoverer, Oracle Reports, and Oracle XML.
Ability to work with Oracle Forms and SQL Developer.
Experience with Oracle WebCenter and Oracle Business Intelligence (BI) is an advantage.
