Our packaging is ideal for both domestic and international transport, offering superior weight capacity and resistance to low temperatures, ensuring your products arrive safely and securely.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Manage and expand the customer base in industrial, manufacturing, and corrugated packaging sectors
- Lead, supervise, and develop the sales team while monitoring performance and sales targets
- Analyze customer needs and propose suitable packaging solutions
- Coordinate with production and related departments to ensure efficient delivery
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and continuously improve sales strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in corrugated packaging or packaging sales
- Proven experience in sales team management and strategic planning
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Existing customer base in industrial/manufacturing sectors is an advantage
- Able to travel upcountry for client visits
- Good command of English for business communication
