Public Relation Manager

Elevate the organization's profile in the coffee industry through strategic communication and media engagement. This role focuses on developing compelling bilingual content, executing impactful PR campaigns, and fostering strong media relationships to effectively promote the company's initiatives and achievements across various platforms.

• Planning, developing and implementing PR campaigns for Corporate and core business channel

• Organizing and coordinating all PR-led activities e.g. press conferences, exhibitions, special events, corporate PR, press visits, crisis management

• Writing skills to create content for press releases, byline articles, keynote presentations, speeches, and occasional social media in Thai and English

• Presentation skills with abilities to deliver information to different kinds of audiences in an effective and engaging manner

• Develop and prepare PR materials such as press releases, factsheets, images of management, etc

• Develop PR event brief and coordinate with responsible parties, including photographers.

• Working closely with other stakeholders on specific projects related to achieving communications objectives.

• Develop PR activities in supporting all CSR/Sustainability campaigns.

• Manage and control PR and media agencies to deliver a maximum quality of work that aligns with PR objectives and timeline.

• Good relationship with media from property, business & CSR, sustainability, social, and lifestyle media

• Organize all databases including media monitoring, news clippings filing, management profiling, analyzing and creating reports of PR activities/news on a monthly & annual basis, and other assets management (event photos and press releases storage)

• Perform a supporting role on all required tasks including issues management, crisis communications, etc.
