Responsibilities

Lead and manage all commercial and operational activities within an assigned geographical area by developing and executing strategic sales plans, leading a team of sales and branch staff, and managing key customer relationships in order to achieve and exceed area sales targets and drive profitable growth.
Main Responsibilities
1.Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the assigned area by analyzing market trends, identifying local opportunities, and aligning with the national sales plan in order to achieve and exceed the area's revenue and profitability targets.
2.Lead a high-performing team of remote sales executives and branch staff by providing clear direction, hands-on coaching during market visits, and robust performance management in order to build a motivated and results-driven team.
3.Drive local market development and brand presence by planning and executing area-specific sales promotions, such as roadshows, in-store activities, and local online campaigns, in order to acquire new customers and increase sales velocity.
4.Manage key customer and partner relationships within the area by conducting regular visits, ensuring service excellence, and promptly resolving complaints in order to build long-term loyalty and secure repeat business.
5.Ensure the operational excellence of all branches within the area by overseeing daily operations, monitoring performance against company standards, and collaborating with branch managers in order to provide seamless and high-quality customer experience.
6.Analyze area performance by tracking sales data, monitoring competitor activities, and compiling regular reports for the Senior Sales Manager in order to provide clear insights and inform strategic adjustments.
7.Facilitate effective cross-functional collaboration by acting as the key liaison between the area team and central support functions (e.g., Marketing, Supply Chain) in order to ensure smooth execution of all operational and commercial activities.
8.Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in sales, with at least 2-3 years in sales management or team leadership role.
  • Proven experience managing a sales territory or a multi-branch area is essential.
  • Direct experience in the F&B, Horeca, FMCG, or a related industry is required.
  • A strong, demonstrable track record of consistently meeting or exceeding significant sales targets.

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent strategic planning and sales execution abilities.
  • In-depth understanding of market analysis, competitor tracking, and local marketing tactics.
  • Strong business acumen and relationship management skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
