Responsibilities

- Hunt & drive sales for new business opps by leveraging technical & industry expertise to evaluate a customer’s process & solutions that address customer challenges; thereby generating sales from existing or new customers in product portfolio (Laboratory chemicals and supplies) within a region and/or territory.

- Actively present, promote, and sell products or services to existing and prospective customers, clearly communicating value and benefits
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
- Continuously improve through feedback
- Perform other job-related duties requested by supervisor

Qualifications

- Age 25-36 years
- Bachelor’s degree in Science or other relevant field
- At least 3 years of experience in sales; experience in fields of Chemicals or Laboratory equipment will receive special consideration
- Is eager and confident in their own capacity and enjoys challenges at work
- Has good communication and presentation skills, as well as interpersonal skills
- Can use personal vehicle for work
- Located in Bangkok / Bangna / Samutprakan / Nonthaburi / Patumtani / Ayutthaya / Samutsakorn
