Responsibilities
• Manage and lead end-to-end fulfillment center operations during assigned shift (Day, Evening, and Night)
• Act as the shift leader, supervising section managers/supervisors and frontline associates.
• Ensure smooth and stable shift execution while meeting KPIs in Operation, Safety, Quality, Customer Service, and Cost.
• Take full accountability for labor planning, productivity, and resource allocation within the shift.
• Resolve real-time operational issues, ensuring minimal disruption to customer service.
• Conduct shift performance monitoring, reporting, and handover to the next shift/Site Manager.
• Enforce compliance with company policies, SOPs, health & safety, hygiene, and security standards.
• Support Site Manager in driving continuous improvement, Lean initiatives, and process optimization.
• Lead workforce engagement within the shift, ensuring motivation, discipline, and performance development.
• Act as a deputy to Site Manager when required, ensuring operational continuity.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Distribution Center or Fulfillment/Warehouse environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Proven track record of leading large teams (70 staff per shift) in a fast-moving, high-volume, and complex logistics/retail/e-commerce environment.
• Strong leadership skills with a hands-on, results-driven management style, capable of inspiring and motivating teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage shift-level KPIs (productivity, cost per order, accuracy, OTIF) and improve performance.
• Solid understanding of warehouse systems (WMS, OMS) and proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills under time-sensitive conditions.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and customer service excellence.
• Good command of English; strong communication and reporting skills.
• Positive, proactive, and adaptable mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
• Flexible to work rotating shifts (day/night), weekends, and peak periods.
• Can do 6 day / week and work in shift
