Responsibilities
1. Handle the recruitment process for delivery drivers, warehouse staff, and other operations positions to meet hiring targets.
2. Source candidates through various online and offline channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and recruitment networks.
3. Screen applications, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
4. Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process and manage related recruitment documentation until onboarding.
5. Prepare recruitment reports and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth hiring operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
- At least 2-3 years of Mass recruitment experience.
- Experience in logistics recruitment is highly preferred.
- Familiar with recruitment platforms and sourcing techniques.
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
