- Coordinating with agents for confirming Barge/Vessel to Shippers.
- Coordinate with Brokers, ship agencies and ship owners, together with negotiating for freight rate and following up for situation.
- Handle all operation work of all shipments and do laytime calculation and counter with related parties
- Monitoring vessel schedule and update to all parties concerned (Internal and External)
- Update daily import plan.
- Prepare monthly data report.
- Updating barge status for both loading port and discharging port to all parties.
- Forecasting payment for each shipment to Accounting Department.
- Preparing the petty cash report and submitting to Accounting Department.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned from direct supervisor.
- Working experience in ship-chartering / operation/brokering is preferred.
- Proven knowledge of the shipping industry and its practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a team player in a fast-paced multicultural environment.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong Negotiation and Self-driven.
- Good in English.

At the beginning, our company had pioneered into establishing a coalmine in Wansapoong district of Loei province.
Problem had arisen as the overall supply of coals in Thailand has dropped in contrast to the increased in demand.
In response to this, Thailand Anthracite Co.,Ltd started importing coals for further processing before distributing locally and internationally.
All the coals imported by the company are only the best materials from our trusted coalmine partners of over 20 years, clean and do not generate pollution or harm to the ecosystem.
It could be used for various functions such as water purification, iron/steel smelting, production of battery cases, dark glasses and also as a form of renewable energy.
