Responsibilities

1. Production Planning & Control

• Plan, control, and monitor production processes to ensure alignment with targets in Quality, Productivity, Cost, and Delivery (QPCD)

• Optimize manpower, machinery, and resources to ensure efficiency and capacity readiness

• Ensure production output meets both quantity and quality standards

2. Process Analysis & Continuous Improvement

• Analyze production issues, identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and follow through on results

• Reduce scrap, defects, and downtime, while providing on-site guidance to operational teams

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and TPM methodologies

• Introduce new technologies and innovative practices to enhance production efficiency

3. Cross-functional Coordination & Support

• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Maintenance, QA, Warehouse, and Planning teams

• Support troubleshooting of machinery, molds, and production processes

• Ensure seamless production flow through effective cross-functional alignment

4. Machine Performance & Quality Control

• Monitor and improve machine performance; participate in testing and development of new equipment

• Oversee in-process quality control to ensure product compliance

• Establish and enforce production standards, including limit samples and quality benchmarks

5. Cost & Resource Management

• Control labor utilization and overtime (OT) in line with company policies

• Optimize machine usage and resource allocation to maximize efficiency and cost-effectiveness

6. Safety, Reporting & Strategic Contribution

• Ensure workplace safety standards and continuously improve factory layout and environment

• Review, approve, and prepare production reports (Good / NG) and leverage data for decision-making

• Contribute to production strategy planning and KPI development

Qualifications

• Male or Female, age 30–45 years

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field

• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing, with experience at Supervisory or Managerial level

• Strong capability in production management, cost control, and KPI-driven performance management

• Knowledge in plastic manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Kaizen, 5S, TPM)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven track record in process improvement

• Demonstrated leadership ability and ability to perform under pressure

• Detail-oriented with a strong quality mindset

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Strong communication and coordination skills

• Good command of English (listening, speaking, reading, writing) for business use

• TOEIC score of 450 or above
