Responsibilities
• Monitoring and reporting the production capacity and actual output as Daily basis
• Monitor sales forecasts and inventory level as Weekly basis
• Monitor raw materials based on supply chain reports
• Create sales orders and Customer Shipment per customer sites and track production progress and ensure schedules are adhered to
• Prepare regular reports on production performance, including efficiency, output, and any issues raised.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or experienced Higher Vocational Education in any related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• 0-3 years of experience in production planning, production scheduling, or related role.
• Good knowledge and fluent in MS Excel and Microsoft office tools (eg. VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP)
• Fair in English – Writing for Email communication
• Good interpersonal skills, teamwork capability, enthusiastic, and willing to learn.
• Planning and coordination experience is an advantage.
