Responsibilities
Senior Network Engineer (Security)
1. Troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving problem.
2. Onsite replaceing faulty hardware components when required.
3. Upgrading hardware and system.
4. Responding to technical support tickets.
5. Manage multiple cases at one time.
6. Following up with customers to ensure the problem is resolved.
7. Explain to customers about the root cause of their problem and resolution.
8. Respond within agreed time limits to call-outs.

Qualifications:
Senior Network Engineer (Security)
1. Bachelor’s degree in computer engineers or related field.
2. At least 1-3 years of experiences in network security engineer.
3. Experience in implement and consult security solution using various technologies and best practices.
4. Knowledge of network security.
5. Cisco certificate is required. (CCNP security)
6. Good command of English.
7. Services mind.
Senior Network Engineer (System)
1. Bachelor’s degree in computer engineers or related field.
2. At least 1-3 years of experiences in system engineer.
3. Experience in virtualization system.
4. Experience in installing and maintain AD, FS, DNS, DHCP, storage and backup system.
5. Cisco certificate is required. (CCNP Data Center)
6. Good command of English.
7. Services mind.
Senior Network Engineer (Network)
1. Bachelor’s degree in computer engineers or related field.
2. At least 1-3 years of experiences in network engineer.
3. Experience in implement and consult network solution using various technologies and best practices.
4. Knowledge of network system.
