We're looking for a Compliance & Investor Relations Executive who will be responsible for ensuring TMT’s full compliance with legal, regulatory, and corporate governance requirements, including SET and SEC regulations, while delivering accurate, timely, and transparent communications to all stakeholders. Strengthens the company’s ESG frameworks and leads investor relations by developing and implementing strategic plans, clearly communicating performance and strategy, and ensuring all disclosures are complete, accurate, and in line with regulatory standards.
• Responsible for organizing and preparing meetings of various Board committees, including compiling relevant information, meeting materials, and minutes of the Board, as well as supporting Board-related activities to ensure compliance with good corporate governance principles.
• Coordinate with relevant internal and external parties, including the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET), the Internal Audit Department, and external auditors, to ensure compliance with good corporate governance principles.
• Prepare the data, analysis, and draft of the Management's Discussion and Analysis (MD&A) for the quarterly and annual Consolidated Financial Statements, to be reported in accordance with the prescribed regulations.
• Proper, complete, and timely disclosure of relevant information, in accordance with all conditions and criteria, is made through designated communication channels. This includes preparing data for relevant agencies and publishing it on the company's website in both Thai and English.
• Supporting the implementation of the sustainability development strategic plan and collaborating on the assessment of the company's sustainability and ESG risks and opportunities.
• Liaise with investors and stakeholders through activities such as the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, analyst meetings, the ‘Opportunity Day’ program, and other related events.
• Conduct projects or activities to promote knowledge and understanding of good corporate governance principles, business ethics, and related policies among the board of directors, executives, and employees.
