Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Risk Management, Law, or a related field. A master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., CFE - Certified Fraud Examiner) are highly desirable.
* Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in fraud risk management, business risk and control, audit, or a related field within the banking or financial services industry. Proven experience in leading anti-fraud initiatives is essential.
* Strong understanding of various types of financial fraud, fraud detection techniques, and prevention strategies.
* Familiarity with relevant local (Thai) and international anti-fraud regulations and compliance requirements.
* Proficiency in risk assessment methodologies and control frameworks.
* Experience with fraud detection systems, data analytics tools, and reporting platforms.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
* Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
* High level of integrity, ethical conduct, and discretion.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong project management and organizational skills.
* Fluency in both Thai and English (written and spoken) is required.
