Responsibilities
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams in good faith to align with the service strategies that enhance trusted business relationship.
- Be able gather the requirements from all stakeholders, to manage all communication flow and information then to understand and summarize for feedback or proceed accordingly within timeframe. Initiate, lead and/or facilitate the meeting with meeting note/conclusion.
- Proactive and follow up the tasks and/or action as planned to implemented by each functions to ensure the completion within timeline.
- Consolidate data and prepare commercial quotation and any other service charge quote,
- Be able to lead and/or coordinate with concerned team in the project of existing product portfolio/line extension.
- Be responsible for the project sustainable material, to align with the company sustainable goal; own, coornidate and monitor/update status.
- Support the project co-ordinator, project pharmacist on the new project/SKU development activities until the new project/SKU can be launched, in order to contribute to organization's short and long term business goals.
- understand the requirement and be able to share/advise on problem solving solution in order to ensure the effective output.
- Be able to analyse Client-Business port folio, support pricing and contract matter.
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in related field; Business, Marketing, Science, Pharmacist, Supply Chain Management Working with cross-functional teams in a CMO.
- Over 2 years experience in business relations, sales, marketing, project coordinator, planning and/or supply chain field would be advantage.
- Good English communication. Japanese language skill would be advantage.
- Good computer proficiency, MS Office especially in Excel Spreadsheet & Power Point. SAP and Al Basic knowledge would be advantage.
- Be able to work well both with team and individually.
- Proficiency in critical & strategic thinking, analysis and problem-solving
- Must be proactive and motivated with a high customer service orientation and a task/solutions-oriented approach.
- Positive attitude and be able to work under pressure.
