Job Summary
- This role is responsible for driving export sales growth through strategic planning, market expansion, and strong relationship management with international distributors and customers. The successful candidate will work cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution of export operations and deliver outstanding customer experience.
🚀 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Sales & Marketing Strategy
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies for international markets
- Identify new business opportunities, market segments, and potential distributors
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to support strategic decision-making
🔹 Customer & Distributor Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with international distributors and clients
- Monitor distributor performance and provide insights, reports, and recommendations
- Manage end-to-end order processing with accuracy and timeliness
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support professionally
🔹 Cross-functional Coordination
- Collaborate with R&D, Production, Planning, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth operations
- Ensure export processes, documentation, and product delivery comply with international regulations and company standards
🔹 Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain and update sales and marketing databases systematically
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis
- Provide actionable insights to support business growth and performance improvement
🔹 Promotional & Marketing Activities
- Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns for export markets
- Coordinate promotional materials and activities aligned with brand strategy

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, International Business, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in Sales and Marketing, preferably in Export or FMCG industries
- Proven experience in Export Sales, International Business, or a related role
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Excellent command of English (TOEIC 750 or above); additional languages are a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems is an advantage
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven with strong problem-solving skills
- Willingness and ability to travel overseas for business trips as required
