Merchandiser

Key Responsibilities:

• Select and develop product to meet customer needs based on trends and sales concept by analyzing sales report, profit and market trends.
• Specify product sales and arrange a planogram for matching with display concept.
• Specify suitable selling price in the market and competitors by business concept of the company, and usually follow and check the selling price and movement of the competitors, and customer’s behavior.
• Present and communicate ideas to internal department team especially to operations team for making the same understanding and being able to usually work in the plan.
• Manage a product development plan by collaboration with RQD and partnership company. 

Qualifications:

• Age : 22-32 years old
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree majoring in Marketing and Economics
• 0-5 years' experience in retail merchandising
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Strong Presentation skill and computer skill in Microsoft Office
• Creative thinking being able to provide new ideas
• New graduate is welcome
