Responsibilities
Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Manager for our Business Development Department. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in finance, with demonstrated expertise in financial modeling and analysis. This role requires exceptional organizational and project management skills, as well as the ability to collaborate closely with top management and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
1.Financial Modeling & Analysis Perform financial modeling and analysis to support strategic decision-making, assess business viability, and assist M&A due diligence process
2. Opportunity Identification & Development Identify, evaluate, and recommend new business opportunities across various sectors, utilizing quantitative and qualitative approaches
3. Reporting & Strategic Recommendation Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations for top management
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Project Management Lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and alignment with objectives
5. Team Management & Development Mentor and train Business Development team to enhance their skills and foster a collaborative environment that encourages continuous growth
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree preferred. (Bachelor Degree GPA >2.80; Master's degree GPA >3.00)
2. 5-7 years of experience in finance, corporate strategy, consulting, or related fields.
3. Proven track record in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, financial databases).
4. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
5. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
6. Motivated, driven, and capable of working independently and collaboratively in a corporate environment.
7. Fluent in Thai and professional proficiency in English
8. Knowledge of the automotive industry dynamics and global market trends is advantageous.
