Assistant Manager / Manager – Accounting & Investor Relations - บริษัท คริสเตียนีและนีลเส็น (ไทย) จำกัด (มหาชน)

• บริหารและควบคุมการจัดทำงบการเงินรวม(Consolidated Financial Statements) ให้ถูกต้องตามมาตรฐานบัญชีและข้อกำหนดของหน่วยงานกำกับ
• วิเคราะห์ผลการดำเนินงานทางการเงิน พร้อมจัดทำรายงานและประมาณการ (Forecast & Cash Flow) เสนอผู้บริหาร
• ดูแลการเปิดเผยข้อมูลของบริษัท และการนำส่งรายงานต่อหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง รวมถึงการจัดประชุมผู้ถือหุ้น (AGM)
• ประสานงานกับผู้สอบบัญชีในการตรวจสอบงบการเงินรายไตรมาสและประจำปี
• ดูแลงาน Investor Relations เช่น Opportunity Day, IR Website และการสื่อสารกับนักลงทุน/นักวิเคราะห์
• ให้คำปรึกษาและกำกับดูแลด้านบัญชี/การเงินของบริษัทย่อยทั้งในและต่างประเทศ

• ปริญญาตรีหรือโท สาขาการบัญชี
• ประสบการณ์ด้านบัญชี/การเงินอย่างน้อย 7–10 ปี (Assistant Manager 7+ / Manager 10+)
• มีประสบการณ์จัดทำงบการเงินรวม และวิเคราะห์งบการเงิน
• มีความรู้ด้านกฎหมาย/ข้อกำหนดของบริษัทจดทะเบียน
• มีประสบการณ์ Investor Relations หรือบริษัทจดทะเบียนจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• มีประสบการณ์ดูแลบริษัทย่อยในต่างประเทศ
• CPA หรือมีประสบการณ์ Audit จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• สื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี
