Responsibilities
• Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals for the team
• Manage the full sales process, including lead generation, negotiation, and deal closing
• Work closely with and provide guidance to all team members
• Motivate team members and ensure clarity on roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations
• Build and maintain strong business relationships with customers and partners
• Collaborate effectively within the team and across other departments to drive business outcomes
Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields
• At least 10 years of experience in sales, with a strong focus on IT and software development business
• Proven experience in business planning, pipeline management, and performance tracking
• Strong people management and leadership skills
• Good personality with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Effective collaboration skills across teams and departments
• Good communication skills in English (Japanese proficiency is a plus for working with Japanese clients and partners)
