Legal Officer - บริษัท แมทธีเรียล ออโตเมชั่น (ไทยแลนด์) จำกัด

• Review, draft, and finalize commercial agreements, legal documents, and correspondence.
• Monitor and interpret relevant laws and regulations; draft internal compliance policies, guidelines, and ensure corporate alignment with legal changes.
• Analyze legal matters, issue legal opinions, and provide actionable recommendations and dispute resolution support.
• Serve as a key point of contact for domestic and international stakeholders, managing communications and legal queries.
• Coordinate legal meetings, prepare and circulate minutes, assist with court/litigation processes, and handle confidential files.
• Systematically maintain and update contract databases, legal files, and archival records.

• Bachelor’s (LL.B.) or Master’s (LL.M.) Degree in Law.
• 1–3 years of relevant legal experience.
• Lawyer License is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills (TOEIC score 700+ preferred).
• In-depth knowledge of commercial law, legal terminology, research methodologies, and compliance frameworks.
• High attention to detail, strong problem-solving mindset, and excellent interpersonal and time-management skills under pressure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
