Procurement Specialist (EPR System, SAP Ariba, Oracle) - FUJIFILM Business Innovation (Thailand) Co.,Ltd.

• Manage sourcing and centralized purchasing from beginning to end and drive cost saving.
• Manage procurement term and ensure the quotation, negotiation and placement orders meet the most economical prices and the highest quality.
• Responsible for operating the ERP systems: Oracle and Ariba SAP.
• Utilize procurement software and technology to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
• Monitor and enforce supplier guidelines, obligations, and service level agreement to the company
• Manage and review contract/ agreement and sounds procurement point of view
• Manage supplier database.
• Manage and execute cost saving program to alignment with regional procurement
• Perform the Procurement contact point for reginal office and supplier queries.
• Monitor overall procurement activity for assigned projects.
• Main Responsibilities (Non-Trade and Trade).
• Support new project as regional required.

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration/supply chain/Logistics, or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant global procurement or purchasing experience.
• Capability using advanced procurement principles management.
• Experience in leading team & Strong leadership skills.
• Demonstrated skills in complex negotiations.
• Familiarity with ERP / SAP / Oracle / Ariba Software, will be advantage.
• Proficient in English communication, both verbal and written.
