Responsibilities

• Coordinate with outsourcing and recruitment agencies to support hiring needs (Temporary & Permanent roles)

• Partner with internal stakeholders to understand workforce requirements and hiring priorities

• Analyze recruitment data (e.g., time-to-fill, sourcing channels, cost effectiveness) to improve hiring strategy

• Monitor and track recruitment pipeline and provide insights / recommendations to hiring managers

• Utilize advanced Excel / Power BI to create dashboards and recruitment reports

• Support recruitment process improvement and automation initiatives (e.g., workflow, tracking tools)

• Conduct initial screening and assessment with understanding of job fit and business needs

• Manage offer process and onboarding coordination

• Handle recruitment administration (contracts, background checks, system entries) with accuracy

• Maintain and update vacancy, hiring, and workforce reports

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., Pivot, XLOOKUP, Data Analysis tools)

• Experience in Power BI or data visualization tools

• Understanding of recruitment metrics and data-driven decision making

• Familiar with recruitment system / workflow or basic automation tools is a plus

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Good business sense and ability to understand organizational needs

• Proficient in English communication

• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills

• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities

• Exposure to HR digital transformation or recruitment system implementation is an advantage

• Ability to interpret data and translate into actionable insights
