Responsibilities
- Supervise and control SMT production processes to ensure smooth operation and productivity.
- Manage and lead production operators to achieve daily production targets.
- Monitor production performance including yield, efficiency, and quality.
- Coordinate with Engineering, QA, and Maintenance teams to resolve production issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Support continuous improvement activities to enhance productivity and reduce defects.
- Prepare production reports and monitor KPIs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electronics, or related field.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in SMT production in electronics manufacturing.
- Experience in supervising production operators or team members.
- Knowledge of SMT process, PCB assembly, and production control.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work in shifts if required.
