Responsibilities
- Subordinate engineer Yield/Scrap improvement
- Buy off before product line starts and after production line changeover
- Lead efforts to cover root-cause and develop a permanent resolution
- Follow up internal or customer Evaluation
- Training and guidance for production line operators
- Dedicated resources to support with very fast response time.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor of engineering or higher
Experience: Familiar with PCBA assembly.
Highlighted skills/knowledge
- Minimum 8 years in PCBA SMT manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge on PCBA process technology or SMT production line equipment.
- English speaking is a plus.
- Willing to work and station in Thailand.
