Responsibilities
- Strong troubleshooting the SMT machine and Assembly line to find out the real root causes on the low yield and high downtime
- Contact supplier and follow up the spare part of the machine and doing the preventive maintenance.
- Establish Maintenance document such as MI/WI check sheet and training document for technicians.
- Prepare the necessary spare parts list to store and keep the minimum stock to make sure NO critical downtime.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor of engineering or higher
Experience: Familiar with PCBA assembly.
Highlighted skills/knowledge
- Minimum 4 years in PCBA SMT manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge on PCBA process technology or SMT production line equipment.
- English speaking is a plus.
- Willing to work and station in Thailand.
