PCBA QC Supervisor (Navanakhon Plant) ปฏิบัติงานเป็นกะ - บริษัท เบลตัน อินดัสเตรียล (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด

• Supervise and control QC activities in the PCBA production process to ensure product quality meets company standards.
• Lead and manage QC inspectors to perform inspection of PCBA products during SMT and assembly processes.
• Monitor and analyze quality issues and coordinate with Production and Engineering teams to implement corrective actions.
• Ensure inspection procedures and quality standards are properly followed.
• Review quality reports, defect data, and inspection results to improve product quality.
• Support internal audits and customer audits related to quality control.
• Provide training and guidance to QC team members to enhance their inspection skills.
• Implement continuous improvement activities to reduce defects and improve production yield.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Quality Control in electronics manufacturing / PCBA environment.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role is preferred.
• Knowledge of SMT / PCBA process and quality inspection methods.
• Familiar with quality tools (7 QC Tools, 5 Why, 8D, SPC).
• Good leadership and team management skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in IPC-A-610 / IPC standards.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 (if applicable).
• Experience handling customer quality issues and audits.
