Responsibilities
1. Event Strategy & Planning
- วางแผน Annual / Quarterly Event Calendar
- ออกแบบ Event ให้ตอบโจทย์: Traffic Driver (ดึงคนเข้า) / Sales Support (ช่วย tenant) Brand Positioning (community / family / lifestyle)
- กำหนด: Theme Budget KPI คิดวางแผน Event Concept & Experience Design ออกแบบ Experience: Activity Workshop Photo spot
- Stage program งานเทศกาล (เช่น Songkran Festival, Christmas) Lifestyle trend / community
2. Event Execution & Operations
- บริหาร end-to-end:
- Vendor / Production Setup / Teardown On-ground operation Timeline Quality Budget แก้ปัญหาหน้างานแบบ real-time
3. Tenant & Partnership Activation
- Co-create event กับ tenant: Promotion Activity in-store หา partner: Brand Local community School / Pet community / Fitness
4.Cross-functional Collaboration
ทำงานร่วมกับ:
- Digital → โปรโมท event / content
- VM → theme / decoration / zoning
- Marketing Admin → timeline / budget / report
- GM → Feedback / data / analize
5. Budget & ROI Management
- วาง budget ต่อ event คุม cost ไม่ให้บาน / Monitor Budget ประเมิน: Cost per traffic
6. Performance Tracking & Improvement
- วัดผล: Traffic uplift Engagement Tenant feedback
- สรุป learnings: อะไรเวิร์ค / ไม่เวิร์ค ปรับ event ถัดไปให้ดีขึ้น
Qualifications
- วุฒิปริญญาตรีหรือโท สาขาการตลาด บริหารธุรกิจ หรือที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Event / Activation / Marketing ในธุรกิจ Retail หรือ Mall อย่างน้อย 5–8 ปี และมีประสบการณ์ระดับหัวหน้าทีม
- มีความสามารถวางกลยุทธ์ Event และบริหาร Annual / Quarterly Plan ได้
- มีทักษะคิดเชิงกลยุทธ์และสร้างสรรค์ Event Concept & Experience Design
- มีประสบการณ์บริหารงบประมาณขนาดใหญ่ และวิเคราะห์ KPI / ROI
- มีภาวะผู้นำ บริหารทีม และประสานงาน Cross-functional ได้ดี
- มีทักษะเจรจาต่อรองกับ Vendor และ Partner
- มีความเข้าใจพฤติกรรมลูกค้า และเทรนด์ Community / Lifestyle
- สามารถวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล สรุปผล และนำไปพัฒนาแผนในอนาคตได้
- มีความยืดหยุ่นในการทำงาน และบริหารสถานการณ์หน้างานได้ดี
