- Bachelor’s degree in Education, majoring in Elementary Education, or another related fields.
- Minimum 1 year’s experience of working in children and young people.
- Experience with the International Primary Curriculum.
- Ability to develop lesson plans and successfully instruct students in theories, methods and tasks.
- Ability to effectively communicate with others and clearly express complex ideas.
- Ability to interact collaboratively with students, parents and administration.
- Excellent oral and written English skills.
- Confident in leading a classroom of students.
- Strong organisation and time management skills.
- Proficient active listening skills to understand and adapt to students’ various learning needs.
- Knowledge of appropriate learning psychology, styles and strategies.
- Strong public speaking and oral presentation skills.
- Advanced technology skills to track student attendance and grades and present creative lessons.
- Leadership skills and patience for working with students for all ages.
