Responsibilities
Job Description:
- Monitor and manage overall operations of logistics and distribution, including goods
receiving, delivery, import, and export, to ensure effective operations and support
business plans
- Participate in analyzing data to set up annual budget and directions of logistics and
distribution to implement and support the operations effectively
- Provide support to stock and warehouse control to prepare for management and
related operations
- Monitor and examine analyzing important data and documents related to logistics
and distribution to support the operations effectively
- Coordinate with buying and merchandising, goods receiving, warehouse management,
and related team and functions to create mutual understanding on expectations,
processes, standards, and solutions and support logistics and distribution operations
- Monitor making summary reports of overall logistics and distribution to propose to
the management and improve the performance of logistics and distribution team
- Take care and advise subordinates to ensure effective performance and promotion preparation
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ :
- บริหารและควบคุมการจัดการการขนส่ง การรับสินค้า การนำเข้าและส่งออกได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด
- วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล การกำหนดงบประมาณการขนส่งให้เป็นไปตามแผนงานของบริษัทฯ
- ให้การสนับสนุนและประสานงานกับแผนกคลังสินค้า เพื่อการบริหารงานอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- จัดเตรียม ตรวจสอบ เอกสารสำคัญเกี่ยวกับการขนส่งและพิกัดภาษีให้ถูกต้องตรงตามข้อกำหนดของกรมศุลกากรและอย.
- จัดส่งเอกสารและประสานงานกับกรมศุลกากรและสำนักงานคณะกรรมการอาหารและยา
- เป็นผู้ประสานงานภายในและภายนอกระหว่าง แผนกจัดซื้อ แผนกคลังสินค้าภายในบริษัทฯ บริษัทฯ คู่ค้าต่างประเทศ
บริษัทฯ ขนส่ง และหน่วยงานราชการ
- จัดทำสรุปรายงานเกี่ยวกับการขนส่ง เพื่อการปรับปรุงและพัฒนาแผนก
- ให้การสนับสนุน แนะนำ และควบคุมการทำงานของแผนกให้มีประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด
- ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ตามกฎข้อบังคับของอุตสาหกรรมการขนส่งและนโยบายของบริษัทฯ

- ประวัติการศึกษาในด้าน Logistic และสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์ทำงานด้านการนำเข้าเกี่ยวกับวัตถุเจือปนอาหาร เครื่องดื่ม ผลิตภัณฑ์อาหาร อาหารเสริม เช่น ลดน้ำหนัก ผิว
สุขภาพ และ เครื่องสำอาง หากมีประสบการณ์มากกว่า 5 ปี จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Any gender / Any age / Thai Nationality.
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or similar preferred.
- More than 5-8 years' experience in the shipping industry.
- In-depth knowledge of logistics and shipping documentation.
- Extensive budgeting and reporting experience.
- Knowledge of shipping industry regulations.
- Advanced analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- English skills and communication are an advantage.
- Ability to recognize and support the organization's preferences and priorities.
- Word / Excel Program.
- Available to work overtime.
