บริหารเรื่องการสรรหาบุคลากรอย่างเป็นระบบ ชำนาญในการใข้ระบบ Online Recruitment
มีความชำนาญในการใช้ Software บริหารบุคคล excel ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล เช่น Pivot และ Power Point
มีความรู้เป็นอย่างดีเกี่ยวกับงานทรัพยากรบุคคลและกฎหมายแรงงาน
มีความรู้เรื่องการบริหาร การพัฒนาบุคคลและการเพิ่มทักษะ และการประเมินผลงาน
มีความละเอียด รอบคอบ และ ซื่อสัตย์
มีความสามารถในการบริหารทีมงาน และให้คำแนะนำที่ถูกต้อง
วางระบบการบริหารทรัพยากรและความรู้ในองค์กร
มีความรู้ด้านการตลาด ทั้ง Digital Market and Offline เช่น Facebook, Line, IG, LinkedIn

Qualifications
Qualifications:

Be able to use the software in HR Management, Microsoft Excel / Power point effectively
Be able to use social media tools such as Facebook, Line, IG, LinkedIn
Perform good sourcing and managerial skills
Hardworking, Dedicated and be able to work overtime
Have friendly personality and Service minded
Have good communication skill
Be a good team player
For Supervisor, must have the experiences at least 5 years
English Skill and communication are required
High management skill
