• Manages recruitment systematically and is proficient in using Online Recruitment systems.
• Proficient in using HR management software and Excel for data analysis, including Pivot Tables and PowerPoint
• Well-versed in human resources practices and labor law
• Knowledgeable in personnel management, employee development, skills enhancement, and performance evaluation
• Detail-oriented, thorough, and honest
• Capable of managing a team and providing sound guidance
• Able to establish systems for managing organizational resources and knowledge
• Knowledgeable in marketing, both digital and offline, including Facebook, Line, Instagram, and LinkedIn
• Performs other duties as assigned by management
