• Develop formulations for dietary supplements and beverages such as gummies, capsules, powders, jellies, etc.
• Research and source ingredients both domestically and internationally, including requesting samples from suppliers for testing.
• Analyze, evaluate, and summarize preliminary test results and other related experiments.
• Prepare product documentation for clients.
• Conduct product training sessions for the company and our clients.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

• Any Education Background / Bachelor's Degree in Product & Development, Food Science, Biotechnology, or any related field
• Experiences in R&D in food supplements: Gummy or related field are an advantage
• For Supervisor, must have a 5 years of experience
• Technical knowledge and good reasoning abilities
• Mature, enthusiastic, motivated contributor
• Effective written and oral communication skills
• English skills and communication are an advantage
• Good organization skills with the ability to plan projects/activities with a high energy level
• Creative problem-solving skills, sound judgment, and an orientation towards innovation
• Ability to recognize and support the organization’s preferences and priorities
