Shipping & Logistic Executive / Supervisor, เจ้าหน้าที่การขนส่งสินค้า (ในอุตสาหกรรมเคมีอาหาร, อาหารเสริม และ เครื่องสำอาง(in Food Additive, Food Supplement & Cosmetic Industry) - บริษัท เพียว เคมีกัลส์ จำกัด

• Monitor and manage overall operations of logistics and distribution, including goods receiving, delivery, import, and export, to ensure effective operations and support business plans
• Participate in analyzing data to set up annual budget and directions of logistics and distribution to implement and support the operations effectively
• Provide support to stock and warehouse control to prepare for management and related operations
• Monitor and examine analyzing important data and documents related to logistics and distribution to support the operations effectively
• Coordinate with buying and merchandising, goods receiving, warehouse management, and related team and functions to create mutual understanding on expectations, processes, standards, and solutions and support logistics and distribution operations
• Monitor making summary reports of overall logistics and distribution to propose to the management and improve the performance of logistics and distribution team
• Take care and advise subordinates to ensure effective performance and promotion preparation

• บริหารและควบคุมการจัดการการขนส่ง การรับสินค้า การนำเข้าและส่งออกได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด
• วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล การกำหนดงบประมาณการขนส่งให้เป็นไปตามแผนงานของบริษัทฯ
• ให้การสนับสนุนและประสานงานกับแผนกคลังสินค้า เพื่อการบริหารงานอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
• จัดเตรียม ตรวจสอบ เอกสารสำคัญเกี่ยวกับการขนส่งและพิกัดภาษีให้ถูกต้องตรงตามข้อกำหนดของกรมศุลกากรและอย.
• จัดส่งเอกสารและประสานงานกับกรมศุลกากรและสำนักงานคณะกรรมการอาหารและยา
• เป็นผู้ประสานงานภายในและภายนอกระหว่าง แผนกจัดซื้อ แผนกคลังสินค้าภายในบริษัทฯ บริษัทฯ คู่ค้าต่างประเทศ บริษัทฯ ขนส่ง และหน่วยงานราชการ
• จัดทำสรุปรายงานเกี่ยวกับการขนส่ง เพื่อการปรับปรุงและพัฒนาแผนก
• ให้การสนับสนุน แนะนำ และควบคุมการทำงานของแผนกให้มีประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด
• ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ตามกฎข้อบังคับของอุตสาหกรรมการขนส่งและนโยบายของบริษัทฯ Range (ประสบการณ์ที่อยากให้ Match Job Seeker)
• ประวัติการศึกษาในด้าน Logistic และสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• ประสบการณ์ทำงานด้านการนำเข้าเกี่ยวกับวัตถุเจือปนอาหาร เครื่องดื่ม ผลิตภัณฑ์อาหาร อาหารเสริม เช่น ลดน้ำหนัก ผิว สุขภาพ และ เครื่องสำอาง หากมีประสบการณ์มากกว่า 5 ปี จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

• Any gender / Any age / Thai Nationality.
• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or similar preferred.
• More than 5-8 years' experience in the shipping industry.
• In-depth knowledge of logistics and shipping documentation.
• Extensive budgeting and reporting experience.
• Knowledge of shipping industry regulations.
• Advanced analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• English skills and communication are an advantage.
• Ability to recognize and support the organization's preferences and priorities.
