Qc Engineer (ประจำสาขาบางพลี) - บริษัท โมเดอร์นฟอร์มกรุ๊ป จำกัด (มหาชน)

• Create and enforce Standard QC procedures, policies, specifications and sampling plan.
• Develop, implement ,and oversee the company's quality control strategies, systems, and standards to ensure consistent product quality and regulatiory compliance
• Oversee incoming inspections, in-process inspections and finished goods inspections and provide feedback on issues
• Implement Statistical Process Control (SPC)
• Train and guide QC Staff
• Improving QC team in monitoring raw materiais, in-process products,and finished goods to ensure conformance with internal and external standards (e.g.,ISO)
• Collect,analyze,and summarize quality data, generation reports for management.
• Analyze production data and quality metrics using statistical tools to identify trends, root causes, and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA)
• Quality Control Inspection development using MSA
• Identify areas for imporvement, reduce waste,and drive continuous quality enhancement
• Work with other department (procution,purcshasing,management) and handle client feedback
• Maintain detailed records of quality activites,tests,and prodedures

• พัฒนา นำไปใช้ และกำกับดูแลกลยุทธ์ ระบบ และมาตรฐานการควบคุมคุณภาพของบริษัท เพื่อให้มั่นใจในคุณภาพของผลิตภัณฑ์ที่สม่ำเสมอและการปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบ
• กำกับดูแลการตรวจสอบขาเข้า การตรวจสอบระหว่างกระบวนการ และการตรวจสอบสินค้าสำเร็จรูป และให้ข้อเสนอแนะเกี่ยวกับปัญหา
• นำไปใช้การควบคุมกระบวนการทางสถิติ (SPC)
• ฝึกอบรมและให้คำแนะนำแก่พนักงาน QC
• พัฒนาทีมควบคุมคุณภาพในการตรวจสอบวัตถุดิบ ผลิตภัณฑ์ระหว่างกระบวนการ และสินค้าสำเร็จรูป เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าสอดคล้องกับมาตรฐานภายในและภายนอก (เช่น ISO)
• รวบรวม วิเคราะห์ และสรุปข้อมูลคุณภาพ จัดทำรายงานสำหรับผู้บริหาร
• วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลการผลิตและตัวชี้วัดคุณภาพโดยใช้เครื่องมือทางสถิติเพื่อระบุแนวโน้ม สาเหตุหลัก และมาตรการแก้ไข/ป้องกัน (CAPA)
• พัฒนาการตรวจสอบควบคุมคุณภาพโดยใช้ MSA
• ระบุจุดที่ควรปรับปรุง ลดของเสีย และผลักดันการพัฒนาคุณภาพอย่างต่อเนื่อง
• ทำงานร่วมกับแผนกอื่นๆ (ฝ่ายผลิต ฝ่ายจัดซื้อ ฝ่ายบริหาร) และจัดการกับข้อเสนอแนะจากลูกค้า
• บันทึกรายละเอียดกิจกรรม การทดสอบ และขั้นตอนด้านคุณภาพอย่างละเอียด

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Science
• 1-3 years of experience in Quality Control witnin furniture or assembly industry
• Expert proficeiency in Quality Frameworks : ISO9001, SPC,MSA and 7 Q.C. Tools.
• Exellent analytical and problem-solving skills,with the ability to perform root cause analysis
• Preficiency in data analysis and statistical quality control (SQC) tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the abiltiy to lead cross-functional teams and interact with external stakeholders
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and quality management software; experience with CAD or technical drawing interpretation is a plus.
• Good command in spoken and written English

• ปริญญาตรีด้านวิศวกรรมศาสตร์/วิทยาศาสตร์

• ประสบการณ์ 1-3 ปี ในด้านการควบคุมคุณภาพในอุตสาหกรรมเฟอร์นิเจอร์หรือการประกอบ

• มีความเชี่ยวชาญในกรอบมาตรฐานคุณภาพ: ISO 9001, SPC, MSA และเครื่องมือควบคุมคุณภาพ 7 ประการ

• มีทักษะการวิเคราะห์และการแก้ปัญหาที่เป็นเลิศ พร้อมความสามารถในการวิเคราะห์หาสาเหตุที่แท้จริง

• มีความเชี่ยวชาญในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลและเครื่องมือควบคุมคุณภาพเชิงสถิติ (SQC)

• มีทักษะการสื่อสารและทักษะด้านมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่เป็นเลิศ พร้อมความสามารถในการนำทีมข้ามสายงานและประสานงานกับผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียภายนอก

• มีความเชี่ยวชาญใน Microsoft Office และซอฟต์แวร์การจัดการคุณภาพ ประสบการณ์ด้าน CAD หรือการตีความแบบร่างทางเทคนิคจะเป็นประโยชน์เพิ่มเติม

• สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดีทั้งการพูดและการเขียน

The company originated in 1978 as importer and distributor of furniture fittings and accessories from Europe.
