Production Engineer Staff (ประจำสาขาบางพลี) - บริษัท โมเดอร์นฟอร์มกรุ๊ป จำกัด (มหาชน)

• Analyze production workflow, layout, manpower utilization to identify bottlenecks and wastes.
• Design and implement process improvement using lean manufacturing, Kaizen methodologies.

• Conduct time studies and line balancing to determine optimal staffing and equipment required.
• Optimize plant layout for safety, ergonomics, and material flow.

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to productivity, OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), and cost efficiency.
• Prepare regular performance reports and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinates and discusses with concerned departments to establish the standard time based on time study and estimated time and some operation adjustment.
• Production capacity improvement and production cost reduction.
• IE tools improvement (Such as Time & Motion Studies, Line Balancing and calculate manpower/capacity) and introduction.
• Identify, analyze, and implement process improvement opportunities to reduce cost, waste, and cycle time.
• Process arrangement of mass or customize production for new product.
• Ensure production processes meet quality, safety, and delivery targets.
• Design factory layout, material flow, and routing.
• Evaluating the production capacity, manpower, and equipment needs of each model.
• Support projects for OEE improvement, setup Standard time analysis.
• Creating SOPs and work standard and maintain clear and up-to-date process documentation and SOPs.
• Ensure good performance of production equipment and instrumentation to ensure that good levels of productivity and product quality are achieved.
• Setup Headcount analysis.
• Setup daily production scheduling.
• ERP standard time creation.
• Monitor Productivity with the Production team and summary production result and report to manager (Daily/Monthly production report).

• Partner with production and quality teams to solve problems and improve workflow efficiency.
• Support production planning by defining capacity models and improving line efficiency.
• Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, to ensure successful execution.

• Support ISO, 5S, and continuous improvement programs.

• Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing or process.

• Proficiency in work study methodologies, work measurement techniques, and process improvement tools such as Lean Kaizen TPM OEE.
• Proven experience in conducting work studies and implementing process improvement initiatives.
• Preferred: Experience in the assembly industries such as Furniture, Automotive, Appliances, Machinery.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Advanced knowledge of productivity software tools, such as Microsoft Excel or statistical analysis software, to analyze data and generate reports.
• Familiar with AutoCAD and productivity analysis tools.
• Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with quality standards (ISO9001)
• Good command in spoken and written English
