Responsibilities
- Report on sales pipeline and market potentials to management.
- Cultivate strong business relationships with high-end B2B clients, including developers, architects, interior designers, hospitality providers, and contractors, to position German Standard as a preferred supplier.
- Initiate client contact and conduct visits to present company products.
- Manage order processing, client follow-up, and daily administrative tasks.
- Execute project sales to achieve agreed-upon sales targets.
- Identify and acquire new B2B clients to close deals.
- Maintain an up-to-date CRM database of architects, interior designers, home-builders, and contractors.
- Conduct market research on competitors to ensure German Standard maintains a leading market position.
Qualifications
- Open to Thai nationals and foreigners, aged 25-35.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Thai is required; proficiency in Russian and Chinese is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of proven experience, preferably with lifestyle products.
- Established client base with developers, architects, interior designers, main contractors, home builders, and real estate/property agents.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with B2B clients.
- Flexibility to travel to client sites across Thailand.
- Submission of resume and a recent photograph is required.
