Lean Manufacturing Engineer - บริษัท แอดวานซ์ คอมโพซิท ซิสเต็มส์ จำกัด

·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Engineering, Quality, Planning, and others) to execute Lean projects and improvement activities.

·       Provide training, coaching, and on-the-job support to employees on Lean Manufacturing principles and tools (e.g., 5S, Kaizen, VSM, waste reduction).

·       Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and support implementation of effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

·       Support New Product Introduction (NPI), process changes, and production line setup to ensure efficient workflow and standardization.

·       Perform time study, cycle time measurement, and line balancing to optimize production flow and reduce inefficiencies.

·       Execute technical assignments and improvement tasks as instructed by the Lean Manufacturing Manager.

·       Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and safety performance.

·       Perform other duties as assigned by Lean Manufacturing Manager. 

Bachelor’s degree in Engineer or related field.

Minimum 3 years’ experience pf experience in a manufacturing environment.

Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and tools.

Experience leading process improvement projects.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skill.

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

He/She need strong experience in time studies (Cycle Time Taking) and line balancing, obviously with other Lean Tools and methodologies.

Experience in setting production targets is an additional advantage.

Certified in Lean, Six Sigma green belt or similar preferred.

Ability to work collaboratively in cross functional teams.

Project management experience is a plus.

Good computer skills (MS. Office, MRP etc.)

English spoken, read, written, able to report in English.
