Responsibilities
· Lead and implement lean manufacturing initiatives across production lines.
· Set up time studies (Cycle time Taking) and Line balancing, obviously with other lean tools and methodologies.
· Analyze and map current processes to identify waste and improvement opportunities.
· Facilitate Kaizen events program and continuous improvement workshops.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive lean projects and improvement activities.
· Provide training and coaching on lean principles to employees.
· Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
· Support new product introductions and process changes.
· Technical work as instructed by Lean Manufacturing Manager.
· Performs other related duties assigned by Lean Manufacturing Manager.
