Responsibilities
- Develop and implement process improvement plans based on Lean Manufacturing principles
- Analyze and identify opportunities to reduce waste and enhance operational efficiency
- Lead Lean and Lean Six Sigma projects to optimize production workflows and quality
- Coordinate with production teams and relevant departments to gather data and execute improvements
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on the progress of improvement projects regularly
- Conduct training and provide guidance to employees on Lean tools and concepts
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in Lean Manufacturing or process improvement
- Understanding of Lean principles and tools such as 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, or Six Sigma
- Strong data analysis and systematic problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Proactive in continuous learning and self-development
- A Lean or Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.
