Responsibilities
Job Description
· New model development after customer conception and design
· Training and evaluation of new model in sewing section
· Propose improvement for inside manufacturing.
· Resolve technical problems found in sewing area.
· Establish the BOM for each model.
· Up date: standard time, for all models, in coordination with production lines.
· Assist production department and sub-contractors to start new inside, up-date, or modify current production.
· Surveillance of comfort inside quality at finished products.
· After Customer validation of Master Samples, issue specifications to control quality.
· Sample record of the section to be given to the F&L officer for input in the XLS report.
· Train your team’s sample room to work on paper pattern, sewing, cutting, BOM.
· Responsible for Spare parts orders and Pilots orders.
· Communications with sub contractors
· Communications with Head office R&D.
Qualifications
· Thai National
· Female, 30 to 50 Years Old
· Bachelor degree, minimum 4 to 6 years experience in sewing production.
· English spoken, read.
· Able to work in team, rigorous, well organized and initiative.
· Able to identify priorities.
· Able to travel abroad.
