Responsibilities
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Maintain and control design quality to ensure alignment with Brand Identity and requirements from the Design Studio.
• Act as the primary contact for coordination and technical negotiation with overseas design studios and international suppliers.
• Manage and execute graphic design projects across multiple workstreams; analyze and optimize design processes to improve efficiency, prevent bottlenecks, and achieve business goals within schedule.
• Execute technical graphic tasks, including design adjustments, high-quality file preparation, and physical mockup creation for visual validation on products.
• Oversee and manage all product-related printed materials (e.g., Stickers, Labels, Manuals, Packaging), from material selection to quality control in the printing process.
• Responsible for creative Video Production to support presentations and engineering requirements.
• Maintain and manage the team’s Design Database to ensure it is organized and up to date.

Qualifications
PROFILE & QUALIFICATIONS
• 3-5 years of experience in Graphic Design (Experience in Project Coordination within a manufacturing environment is a plus).
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Graphic Design, Arts, or related disciplines.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.) and strong skills in Photography and Video Editing.
• In-depth knowledge of various printing processes; specific expertise in Water Transfer Decals is highly preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills (Verbal/Written) with the ability to handle technical negotiations with overseas design studios and suppliers.
• Self-starter, strong sense of ownership, and proactive work approach.
• Ability to work effectively under high pressure and meet strict project timelines.
